Helambu Valley Trek is a fabulous and easy trek as compared to other trekking routes in the Langtang region. The hiking elevation goes through 800m to 3600m. As the Langtang region holds many old Buddhist monasteries, you will be visiting Tibetan monasteries, holy places, and Buddhist Stupas.
Helambu is a wonderful hiking route that passes through the scenic mountain views along with stunning landscapes. The highest altitude that you will hike during your trek is 3490 m which is at Tharepati. While hiking this Helambu route you would encounter diverse experiences.
Excitingly, the Helambu trek begins from Sundarijal after a short drive from Kathmandu. where on the way you could see a wide variety of botanical trees such as magnolia, rhododendron, firs, oaks, pines, and bamboo trees and many more then you will reach to Khutumsang (2470 m).
Remarkably and antically, you could see a settlement of Buddhist and Tamang Village, culturally, this community has a classic culture with their own lifestyle of living. And by this route, you will reach to Tharepati where you will have to cross Tharepati Pass at 3650 m.
