Trek to Nar Phu Valley begins from Jajat just after a long drive from Kathmandu city. It takes around 5 days to reach Pu Villages whereas it may take 8 days to be in Nar Village or sometimes it depends on the itinerary. Day 1
Arrival day in Kathmandu

This would be the first day landing at Kathmandu airport, our staff will receive you with Nepali flower Malla at the airport hall. Then, take you to a hotel by private vehicle, right after you can have a bath or take some rest. In your free, our guide will share a trek plan for Nar Pu Valley Trek.

Day 2
Day 1 Kathmandu to Jagat 1300m.

Our journey begins from this city just after breakfast we will go by a bus to Jagat. All could see the mountains, beautiful scenery, villages, and Trishuli River. We will leave the main road of Pokhara and head to Besisahar then arrive in Syange by passing the paddy fields and Tibetan villages. Finally, to Jagat. It takes around 7-8 hours by bus to reach this place. All of us take a rest in this destination with a healthy dinner.

Day 3
Jagat to Dharapani 1860m

The trekking route begins gradually upward to Chamje. we will hike slowly by crossing a suspension bridge and walk steeply on the rock trial till Tal Village as could you see the waterfall this place. All of us have lunch in this place then walk straight again cross the bridge which is near to Dharapani, after slight hiking reach Dharapani where our resting takes place for dinner. It takes 7-8 hours.

Day 4
Dharapani to Koto 2610 m

Just after sound breakfast, all of us start a trek by walking through forests, pine trees, monasteries even villages of Bargarchhap. Hikers would see the stunning views of Mt. Manasulu and Annapurna II also other peaks on this trial is up to Latamarang. At last, you will arrive in Koto which is a small village by the Gurung communities. It is about 5-6 hours walk. Resting hails in this place some wonderful dinner.

Day 5
Koto via Meta 3560m

Our trek moves through beautiful pine trees, forest, waterfall, along with the river of Soti Khola. We will have to cross the suspension bridge to arrive in Dharamshala by walking nearly 5 hours then you will have to walk downward nearly a half an hour to reach Metal Village. It has based on Tibetan plate. This is your place for observation the views of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal. The overnight begins here.

Day 6
Meta to Phu Gaon 4250 m

By just walking up and down, we reach to Chyaku, we will see some views Annapurna from this place. Also, trekkers could view Pisang peak. Then we will go by the Phu Khola river until Phu village which takes nearly 3 hours as you shall see the blue sheep, diversity of people, religion, lifestyles. All of these things make you a surprise. There is a Tashi Lhakhang Monastery. After a few hours of a walk, we will reach Phu Village. You can observe views of Himlung Himal including other peaks. Night resting hails at this place with an amazing dinner. A walk needs 7-8 hours.

Day 7
Phu Gaon to Nar 4110m

After our breakfast, all of us move downward by passing streams and bridges till Mahendra Pul takes nearly 4 hours then again our journey begins up till the village of Nar Phedi. You will come across the sense of Kang Garu even Pisang peak. It takes 6 -7 hours. The night resting beings at his place.

Day 8
Preparation day at Nar

Before hiking, some trekkers take a rest for acclimatization. They prepare themselves with the help of a guide. Some trekkers would like to hike for Tilicho lake instead of going to Throng la pass after reaching Manang where others skip this resting hike for Tilicho lake.

Day 9
Nar to Kang La Pass 5322m via Ngawal Village

After having breakfast, all of a walk down to Temdenzon River, this is a pleasant trial ever where you see the Yak pastures also Pisang Peak. Then we trek to Jhombu Kharak also regard as Kang la Phedi, by the way, this is the bottom of Kang La Pass. This route is not difficult either Just after reaching this place, you will see stunning views of Annapurna Ranges and other then we will again walk for nearly for 3 hours and reach to Ngawal Village. Our whole night resting starts at this village.

Day 10
Nagwal village to Manang 3540m

All of us move down, by passing the Marshyangdi river. Also, you could visit some monasteries in Barga Village. Right after by leaving the trail of Tilicho lake on the left we take a short walk for Manang. There are many cafes also trekking shops even there are many guest service hotels. It takes 4-5 hours. Resting will be at Manang with Nepali Thali set.

Day 11
Manang to Yak Kharka 4110m

Right after Manang resting and breakfast all of us will pass Tenki Village then the Marshyangdi valley. We will pass some pastures even Juniper forests and our hiking starts upward again we will cross a small village Gunsan. The houses of this village made with mud then will cross the pastures of Yank and horses and all of us cross the wooden bridge then hike up for a few minutes to reach Yak Kharka. Finally, to this place.

Day 12
Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi 5041m

All of us will hike to Thorong Phedi early moring right after brakfast, Hikkers will have to trek upward by crossing the Marsyangdi River on the wooden bridge then we will hike to narrow route, there is a slight up and down. After after walking 4-5 hours of walk we would be able to reach Thorong Phedi. This place is in narrow between two mountians. Overnignt resting is in this place. You could see a lot of rocks.

Day 13
Thorong Phedi via Thorong La pass 54525m to Muktinath 3,800 m

Today, all of us hike up very steep trail towards Thorong La pass by passing the Throrong Phedi camp. Thorong Las pass is the highest mountain where snow falls in the winter. Your real delight beings right in this place. From this place, you could view the Annapurna ranges and Tilichow peak. There is a small tea shop. Felling could be very memorable. After passing some time, we will go down to Muktinath and this trail is very easy to move so we could easily reach Muktinath. So, almost takes 7-8 hours. All the trekkers could walk through the amazing route. Once you reach this Muktinath, you could pray for salvation from sins at Muktinath temple Also, taking a bath on 108 old stone taps could wash away the sins. These are the belief systems often practice. Many people come to this place for Spiritual salvation. There are few tresses and mani walls even a monastery. From this place, you could see Kagbeni.

Day 14
Muktinath to Jomsom 2715m

After finishing the breakfast, all trekkers move down to Khingar and Jharkot. You could visit monasteries in these palaces. Again, we will walk by the river of Gandaki River then reach to Jomsom. The night resting would be in this place.

Day 15
Jomsom to Tatopani 1200m

Our drive begins by a bus for Tatopani. While on the way, you could see forest and farmlands as we go through the deepest gorge in the world. Even trekkers can view the Mt. Dhaulagiri and some Annapurna ranges. Many views make the journey very exciting. Meanwhile, all of us arrive in Tatopani which is very famous for taking a bath in a hot spring. This is a natural pond, it heals you from many diseases like mental street, tiredness, headache and many more.

Day 16
Tatopani via Pokhara

We will continue our journey either by bus or jeep from Tatopani to Beni Bazaar till Pokhara. It takes around 7 hours. You could have time to see the natural mountains and evergreen forest just on the way. Once you reach Pokhara, you could visit Phewa lake and the lakeside is very good for cafes and hotel. Our resting begins at hotels.

Day 17
Pokhara to Kathmandu 1350m

Journey begins early morning by a tourist bus to Kathmandu city. The starting of traveling starts with along with the River Marshyangdi even Trishuli river including farmland, mountains, forest, and landscapes. There are many food service centers on the way. Our lunch would be on the way. Finally, we reach to Kathmandu city with 7-8 hours of a ride. Then you will move to the Hotel. In your free time, you could do shopping around Thamel with the help of our guide. On this day, you will offer Nepali Thali set on the behalf of Annapurna Mountain Trek.

Day 18
Departure Day

Gears are very essential in order to set out for the best trekking

  • A light or heavy water proved trekker boots since you will have to walk sometimes in snow or dry land area such boots offer more safety and easiness. However, you have to make sure that boots fit you well and should be comfortable.
  • A pair of crocus
  • 4 pairs of liner socks. Also, you need to keep warm socks and two pairs of socks for cold. Mainly, trekking or liner socks are very useful.
  • A few pairs of underwear. You could buy by trekking underwear while at the city or shopping center. You could use for other outdoor activities.
