An overview of Tharpu Chuli Peak
Tharpu Chuli peak is one of the easiest peak climbing. It lies in the Annapurna Massif of Nepal in the north. Pokhara city is the way to this peak. This peak has the other name Tent peak 5,500 m.
All climbers encounter the wonderful views of peaks such as Annapurna I, (8091m) Annapurna III (7555m), Singu Chuli (6501m), Machhapuchre (6997m), Hinuchuli (6331m) Gangapurna (7455m) and Annapurna South (7219m) from the top of Tharpu Chuli peak.
This peak climbing is very relevant for beginners since it is very easy. First of all, climbers have to trek from Tikhedunga until reaching the summit. The route follows with classic villages, evergreen bamboo, Rhododendron, and rivers.
In addition, all climbers get a chance to go on the top of Poon Hill in order to experience the real views of Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167m), Fishtail (6997m) and Annapurna South(721m) from Ghorepani. The sunrise and sunsetting offers a stunning feeling.
Encountering the Gurung and Magar will be joyful since they are friendly and hospitable in Ghorepani and Ulleri since the route moves through these villages. The first summit was in 1965 on behalf of the Japanese group.
